In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I hereby give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by ProfilDoors, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation at: Building 6, Kurilovo settlement, Shchapovskoye settlement, Moscow, 108827 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. Consent is given to the processing of one, several or all categories of personal data that are not special or biometric and that I provide, including:

• Last name;
• First name;
• Middle name;
• Country;
• City;
• Email;
• Phone;
• Website;
• Social media links;
• Diploma link;
• Diploma;
• Subscription to news and promotions.

2. The Operator may perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

3. Processing may be performed both with and without automation tools.

4. The purpose of processing is to provide services or work, including sending notifications related to such services or work, preparing and sending responses to my requests, and sending information about the Operator’s events, goods, services or work.

5. As the Operator may process my personal data using the 1C-Bitrix24 software, I consent to the Operator issuing the corresponding instruction to 1C-Bitrix LLC (Primary State Registration Number 5077746476209), registered at: 2 Entuziastov Boulevard, floor 13, premises 8–19, Moscow, 109544.

6. This consent remains valid until withdrawn by sending a corresponding notice to info@profildoors.ru or to: Building 6, Kurilovo settlement, Shchapovskoye settlement, Moscow, 108827.

7. If I withdraw my consent, the Operator may continue processing my personal data without my consent where permitted by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
